About Malloys Family Consulting LLC

Malloy's Family Consultants was established in 2015 after Daniel Malloy, PhD, successfully navigated the complex court proceedings for his children. Recognizing the challenges that many fathers face in securing custody and maintaining meaningful relationships with their children, he began offering mediation services to local fathers seeking custody. Over time, the mission expanded to partnering with industry leaders and organizations to emphasize the critical role fathers play in the home and the long-term benefits of father involvement in child development.

Studies show that children with actively engaged fathers are 39% more likely to earn A’s in school, 45% less likely to repeat a grade, and 60% less likely to be suspended or expelled. Additionally, research from the U.S. Census Bureau indicates that one in four children (approximately 18.3 million) grow up without a father in the home, which has been linked to higher rates of behavioral issues, poverty, and criminal activity. Children in father-absent homes are also four times more likely to live in poverty and twice as likely to drop out of high school.

Malloy's Family Consultants is dedicated to reversing these statistics by equipping fathers with the tools, resources, and advocacy they need to be present, engaged, and legally recognized as essential caregivers. Through mediation, education, and strategic partnerships, we are committed to strengthening families and fostering environments where children can thrive.

Our Role: Advocacy, Mediation, and Support – Not Legal Representation

At Malloy’s Family Consultants, we are dedicated to guiding fathers through the complexities of custody battles, co-parenting challenges, and family dynamics. However, it is important to note that we are not attorneys and do not provide legal representation. Our services are designed to complement—not replace—the guidance of a qualified family law attorney. We strongly encourage all clients to seek legal counsel to ensure they fully understand their rights and navigate the legal system effectively.

Our role is to provide mediation, strategic support, and educational resources to help fathers advocate for their parental rights while maintaining a child-centered approach. We help fathers prepare for court proceedings, understand the importance of father involvement, and develop co-parenting strategies that foster healthy relationships with their children.

The importance of having a strong legal and emotional support system during custody proceedings cannot be overstated. Research shows that fathers who are actively engaged in their child’s life contribute to higher academic success, stronger emotional well-being, and reduced behavioral issues. However, many fathers face unnecessary obstacles due to bias in the legal system, lack of knowledge about their rights, or difficulty in proving their commitment to their children. By combining our services with legal representation, fathers can approach their custody cases with confidence, ensuring the best possible outcome for their children.
At Malloy’s Family Consultants, we stand by your side every step of the way, offering the guidance, advocacy, and resources needed to keep fathers actively involved in their children's lives.
